By purchasing any item from the CriticalCraft Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in punishment without refund.

1. General

• CriticalCraft is a Minecraft server and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

• All purchases are digital virtual items delivered in-game.

• You must be at least 13 years old or have parental permission to make a purchase.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate permanent ban from CriticalCraft.

• If you experience an issue receiving your purchase, contact staff with proof of payment before opening a dispute.

3. Virtual Items

• All items, ranks, keys, or perks are virtual goods and have no real-world value.

• CriticalCraft reserves the right to modify, balance, or remove items at any time to maintain fair gameplay.

• Purchased items may be reset during server wipes, updates, or resets.

4. Account Responsibility

• Purchases are tied to the Minecraft account name provided at checkout.

• We are not responsible for purchases made on the wrong account.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is done at your own risk.

5. Punishments & Rule Violations

• Purchasing items does not grant immunity from rules.

• If you are banned, muted, or punished for breaking server rules, no refunds will be issued.

• Exploiting store items or bugs may result in punishment and item removal.

6. Downtime & Changes

• CriticalCraft is not responsible for temporary server downtime.

• Store items, prices, and perks may change at any time without notice.

7. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms of Service

• You understand all purchases are final

• You accept responsibility for your account and actions
